What Allergens do the treats contain?

All items contain GLUTEN and DAIRY, unless they state otherwise. As the bakery itself is not a nut free zone, all products may contain traces of nuts. 

When will my order arrive? 

All items are made fresh to order. From the date your order is placed we aim to have all orders completed & in the post within 10 working days. Currently orders are sent via Hermes. Once its been dispatched you will receive a tracking email from the courier which enables you to keep upto date with where your order is.

How long will be treats last? 

The items you order have a shelf life of 14 days. They can be eaten after this point, but for best flavour we recommend you eat them within this time frame. Each box comes with a BBD. Items can also be frozen for upto 3 months. 

Can my order be sent as a gift? 

Of course, just pop the address you would like it to be sent to. We can also add a little note in the box for you. To do so just add what you would like into the notes section at the checkout.

Will the parcel fit through the letterbox? Treat boxes and seasonal items will arrive in small packages to ensure items arrive securely and won’t fit through letterboxes. 

Postal queries:

Heat and summer months - Please be aware that all orders placed over the spring/summer are at your risk due to temperatures. If left out, they will melt in warm temperatures. During lockdown, post is often left on doorsteps etc - for this reason it is essential that you check outside when any mail arrives. It is at your own risk that by ordering during the hotter months, you are taking a risk of heat damage.

Tracking issues -

 Proof of postage and a tracking number is obtained with each delivery. ​Due to the nature of our products being handcrafted and made to order- refunds are not given unless the item is faulty. If refund are given under exceptional circumstances then the paypal fee will not be returned as this is now charged from April 2020. 

Lost items - 

Whilst rare, post can go missing. We offer a fully tracked postal service, if your item is lost, 14 working days must be allowed for the courier to class this as missing. After this period we are able to action a claim and issue a refund or replacement as the parcel will officially be classed as lost and not just delayed. 

Can i collect my order? 

Yes, if you are local to us (WV5) please use COLLECT at the checkout to remove p&p. Then wait until you have a dispatch email/instructions on how to collect. Turnaround time still applies.

Can i order cakes through the website? Currently we aren't taking cake orders through the website. For any cake queries please fill in the contact us form and we will be in touch. Otherwise you can head over to our Insta/Fb page to get in touch.
